How to create an account

Creating an account on the website
  • Click on the registration page
  • Enter your details then press the register
  • Your account is now created, Happy Shopping!
Creating an account on the mobile app
  • Open the app
  • On the bottom tabs click on Account
  • Press register 
  • Enter your details then press the register
  • Your account is now created, Happy Shopping!

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order if you have not yet paid for it.

If you have already paid for your order, contact us below to check if your order is eligible for cancellation.

If you have not yet paid for your order, go to your orders page, select the order you would like to cancel and click the ‘Cancel Order’ button.

Track your order

We will deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation or Order Placed email.

To track your order:

  • Go to My Account > My Orders
  • Choose the order you wish to track
  • Click the ‘Track’ button

About delivery options & time frame

We are curently only delivering to Harare and our deliver time frame is 2-7 days

Item missing or incorrect in order received

If your order had any missing items or incorrect items please contact us on Whats app or email info@satozim.co.zw and we will help you resolve the problem.

International shipping & delivery

We only ship to Zimbabwe at this time. We aim to ship to other countries soon

Changing or resetting your password

To change your password, go to My account and click on personal details, then click the password Reset button and complete the fields.

If you forgot your password, you can click on forgot password on the login page.

Enter your account email address and we’ll send instructions to that email address on how to create a new password.

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletters?

To update your newsletter preferences, go to My account click on Newsletters Subscriptions under the Customer Information section. You can update and manage your subscriptions by ticking the available options.

If you no longer wish to receive any newsletters you can tick the last box, Unsubscribe from all SAToZim newsletters, and then click on the Save Preferences button.

Deleting my account or personal information

To submit a request to permanently delete your SAtoZim account and personal information:

  • Go to Delete My Account
  • Log into the account you want to close.
  • Carefully note the services which will no longer be available after your account has been deleted.
  • If you still wish to proceed, click the Submit Deletion Request button.
  • A confirmation link will be sent to you via email. Click the link to verify your request.
  • We will process your request and be in touch once your account has been deleted.

Once your account has been deleted, it will no longer be accessible and cannot be restored.

If you later decide that you want to start shopping with us again, you will need to register a new account.
